What we do
Formation And Corporate Governance
Qualified Small Business Stock
Venture Financing
Bank and Private Debt Financing
Mergers & Acquisitions
IP Transactions, Trademarks & Privacy
General Counsel & Employment
We're different.
In a good way.
VC Financing
Safe, convertible or priced round? Not a numbers person? Not a words person? We’ll model out the financing and help you negotiate – no biz skills required. It’s not like your startup is on the line or whatever.
Funds Formation
Did someone say funds formation? How about FUN formation?? From simple to complex financing vehicles, we can make it low key and chill, and that’s facts.
Web3
NFT, Coin, or Utility Token? Let’s get out of that web and into Web3.
Intellectual Property
When you have that lightbulb moment, don’t let anyone nor anything dim that shine. We’ll help protect your ideas with trademarks and copyrights.
Employment
Hiring your first, tenth, or twentieth employee? Let’s grow! Firing your first employee? Let’s not get sued.
Litigation
Did you know that almost 95% of lawsuits settle before trial? There’s nothing like a straight-out-of-a-courtroom-drama “Objection, Your Honor!” but we’ll be there to represent from day 1… Drama optional.
